Privacy
This website collects as little as possible. This is what happens when you visit it.
No cookies or tracking of our own
The site itself sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or any other way of following visitors. The Google map on the homepage can set cookies from Google, though. You can read how that works below, under ‘The map’.
No forms
There are no forms on the site. We never ask for your name, your email address or any other details.
The map
The homepage shows a map from Google Maps. It loads automatically, without you having to click anything. When it does, Google receives your IP address, which it needs to send you the map, and may set or read cookies. You can read what Google does with this data in Google’s privacy policy.
Directions
The directions buttons open Google Maps. From that moment on, Google’s privacy policy applies.
Fonts and photos
The fonts and photos are served from our own domain. Your browser does not connect to Google Fonts or any other service to load them.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel. As with any website, the server processes technical data such as your IP address in order to deliver the pages and keep the site secure. We do not use that data to follow you.
If you email us
If you email us, we use your email address and your message only to reply to you.
Your rights
La Vida Linda is responsible for your data. Who we are and where to find us is set out above, in the legal notice. Under the GDPR, the European data protection law, you can ask us at any time which data we hold about you. You can have it corrected, deleted or transferred, object to its use or ask us to restrict it. To do so, email us at info@lavidalinda.es.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Spanish supervisory authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
Intellectual property
The texts, logo and photos on this site belong to La Vida Linda or are used with the permission of, or under licence from, their creators. They may not be reproduced, in whole or in part, without our permission.
Brand names such as Naseem, Bell and Ziaja belong to their respective owners.
